We are looking for a 100 % Remote Jr. Talent IT Sourcer professional located all over Mexico with primary IT and sourcing experience ready to grow with us. We deliver software solutions using both established technologies and tools like C++,.NET, RoR, Python, PHP, and Java.

Responsibilities:
- Manage an applicant tracking system or CRM
- Cooperation with the recruiting team

Requirements:
- 6 months experience in IT sourcing/recruiting
- Interest for Technology and social media like LinkedIn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate or above level of English

Nice to have:
- IT Recruitment courses
- Basic knowledge of working with Outlook, Excel among other computer skills
- Cover letter
