Foreign Trade Analyst

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

Ensure all “Pedimento” Paperwork are complete and accurate.

Upload of virtual and temp import - export operations to the inventory control

software (Célere Commerce) as per the Foreign Trade Legislation in Mexico.

Support when “Pedimentos”, Invoices, Proformas and Layout of digital Files are

requested to complete the Foreign Trade Operations

Upload all fixed assets to the inventory control software (Célere Commerce) as

per Foreign Trade Legislation in Mexico

Monitoring of the temporary validity of the inventory of 6 and 18 months,

reporting when updates must be done.

Keep up to date and accurate all the export and import paperwork files.

Keep up to date and accurate the supplier catalog.

Provide all the information (drawings, pictures, specifications etc.) needed by

the Customs Broker in order to keep the HTS Tariff Code Catalog up to date.

Management of Customs Broker Portal to extract all the Legal information

required by the Tax Office (SAT)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS





Education Minimum bachelor’s degree in Logistics,

Business Management or equal by experience

Professional experience Preferably

1 a 2 years in the transportation industry and

logistics.

Experience in transport planning is a plus

Product knowledge Not Applicable

Process knowledge Knowledge of customs legislation and transport

legislation.

Language skills Company language is English

Knowledge of other languages is a plus

ICT skills Knowledge of Microsoft office package.

Knowledge of an ERP software is a plus

Analytical skills Strong analytical and organizational skills

Certification

Personality Team player and able to work independently.

Punctual.
