The Consumer Technology Sales Retail Director is responsible for defining and executing Lenovo’s consumer sales strategy to deliver profitable revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer and partner satisfaction across Mexico and all assigned sales channels.
This senior leadership role leads a team of sales professionals and works cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, eCommerce, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Services, and Channel Partners to ensure the successful execution of Lenovo’s consumer business objectives.
As a key member of the country leadership team, t this role provides strategic direction, actionable business insights, and strong execution discipline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue, profit, sell-in, sell-out, and market share commitments.
The role is also responsible for strengthening Lenovo’s position across the consumer technology ecosystem, including PCs, gaming, premium devices, AI PCs, accessories, software, and services, while developing sustainable channel partnerships and identifying new growth opportunities.




Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic negotiations involving commercial agreements, pricing, promotional investments, product assortment, business development, and joint growth plans.
Develop joint business plans with key partners, including revenue objectives, portfolio priorities, marketing activities, demand generation, and operational commitments.
