Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-centric Logistics Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of shipments, ensuring that our supply chain operates with maximum efficiency. You will act as a vital link between material suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, while providing proactive communication and data-driven insights to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination & Execution
Coordinate international and domestic shipments by collaborating with material suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Manage the full "Track and Trace" process, monitoring orders from initial entry through to final customer delivery.
Proactively identify potential shipment issues and implement fast resolutions to maintain strict delivery schedules.
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Perform detailed analysis of sales orders, inventory levels, and purchase orders to optimize flow.




Conduct demand analysis to anticipate customer needs and provide value-added suggestions for service enhancement.
Measure and analyze End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor order fulfillment data to ensure "On-Time Delivery" (OTD) targets are consistently met.
System Management & Reporting
Maintain SAP system integrity for all purchasing activities, including order creation, vendor confirmations, invoice reception, and fulfillment tracking.
Structure and present complex logistics data into clear status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Management
Provide excellent and timely responses to customer inquiries and issues.
Maintain proactive communication channels with both internal departments and external partners to ensure transparency.
