Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Monterrey, NLE. This position is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating benefits and payroll documentation. The coordinator will assist with implementing HR policies, managing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Day-to-day tasks include responding to employee inquiries,



organizing training and development activities, preparing HR reports, and supporting recruitment and hiring processes in collaboration with management. The role involves close interaction with both operational and administrative teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives.
Experience in Benefits Administration to coordinate employee benefits programs and maintain accurate documentation.
Strong capabilities in Employee Relations to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote a respectful workplace.
Knowledge of HR Policies to help implement and communicate company guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
