This position will assist attorneys in all phases of case management, from inception through trial, in a broad range of labor and employment matters. Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all aspects of labor and employment litigation case management from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings.
Conduct factual investigations and analysis.
Collect, review, organize and analyze large volumes of documents and electronically stored information (ESI).
Prepare documents for production, including Bates-stamping, privilege review coordination and quality control.
Draft, coordinate and manage service of subpoenas.
Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations and trial.
Prepare exhibits, witness binders, demonstratives and other trial-related materials.
Manage case calendars, deadlines and docketing in accordance with applicable court rules and procedures.
Coordinate with court reporters, vendors and e-discovery providers as needed.
