Sr Program Manager, Replenishment & Inventory
MX Supply Chain is looking for a Sr Program Manager, Replenishment & Inventory who will lead the launch and sustained operation of new fulfillment programs while continuously optimizing inventory flow across the network. This role sits within the S&OP; and Inbound team, working at the intersection of planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination to deliver speed and reliability for our customers.

As a Sr Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution of new same-day and speed-focused fulfillment programs, including network readiness, replenishment logic, inventory positioning, and re-stock strategies.



Own the launch plan and operational readiness for new speed-focused fulfillment programs within the MX network, coordinating milestones across multiple stakeholders
Design and implement replenishment and re-stock frameworks that optimize inventory availability, placement accuracy, and fill rates across fulfillment nodes
Develop inventory transfer strategies (reactive, proactive, and automated) to balance network health and meet customer promise
Build and maintain capacity models, demand signals, and inventory health dashboards to inform weekly and daily planning decisions
Partner with Retail, FBA, and business teams to translate demand plans into actionable inbound and replenishment schedules
Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and escale blockers with data-backed recommendations to leadership
Write high-quality documents (business cases, SOPs, post-launch reviews) that inform, align, and drive decisions across the organizati
