organization, and communication across global teams.

* Process and reconcile invoices (Accounts Payable/Receivable)

* Organize and maintain digital and physical records

* Schedule and confirm shipment appointments

* Communicate with vendors and internal teams

* Prepare operational and financial reports

? CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite — Excel skills are key
