Sales Manager
to lead and grow our
Tissue Parent roll business across Mexico
. This is a
B2B independent contractor opportunity based in Mexico
. The successful candidate will operate as an independent contractor rather than as a direct employee of APP.
This is a
high-impact senior commercial field role
with no people management responsibility. You will represent a general industry leader committed to sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.

Independent Contractor (B2B) Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute the sales strategy for Mexico to grow market share and business volume. Build and develop strong, long-term partnerships with tissue converters, distributors, brand owners, and other relevant customers. Monitor market activity, customer needs, pricing dynamics,



and market trends to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
Experience:
at least 5–7 years in commercial or sales experience within the
tissue, paper, or FMCG sectors
.

FMCG backgrounds with strong exposure to modern retail, private label, and distributor networks
, particularly those who understand customer dynamics and are motivated to transition into a
B2B commercial environment
.
Strong understanding of
retail dynamics and customer expectations Experience in
