Marketing & Lead Generation Manager

About the Role

Peterson Spring is looking for a results-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to build and execute a modern B2B marketing strategy focused on generating qualified sales opportunities and supporting new business growth.

This position will work closely with the sales and business development teams to identify target customers, build awareness of Peterson Spring’s capabilities, generate qualified leads, and turn marketing activity into measurable sales opportunities.

The adecuado candidate is not simply a social media manager. We are looking for someone who understands B2B manufacturing marketing, digital lead generation, content creation, targeted account marketing, and sales enablement and can take ownership of the process from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified B2B sales leads.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on Peterson Spring’s ideal customer profile and target industries.




- Develop campaigns targeting specific companies, industries, and decision-makers.
- Utilize LinkedIn, email marketing, digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, and other channels to generate new opportunities.
- Develop and manage lead-generation campaigns in coordination with the sales team.
- Track leads from initial engagement through qualification and handoff to sales.
- Continuously test and improve campaigns based on performance.

Targeted Account Marketing
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns for high-value prospective customers.
- Research target companies, industries, products, and decision-makers.
- Create personalized marketing content and campaigns designed to get Peterson Spring in front of purchasing, engineering, supply chain, and other key decision-makers.
