About This Role: We're hiring a Fulfillment Operations Specialist to support a fast-growing eCommerce brand across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and other sales channels. In this role, you will manage fulfillment workflows, troubleshoot operational and system issues, support product and inventory setup, and help improve processes across ERP, WMS, and marketplace platforms. Support end-to-end backorder program execution when products are sold through future inventory
Validate inventory alignment across Shopify, ERP, and WMS systems before backorder release decisions




Balance automation with manual controls to ensure customer commitments are operationally feasible
Support Shopify product creation, SKU setup, and shipping configuration for new launches and spare parts workflows
Operate across Shopify DTC, Amazon FBA/FBM, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and other partner channels
Produce weekly trend analysis across fulfillment, order flow, and system performance
Translate exception data into prioritized recommendations and surface recurring operational issues
Coordinate with 3PL partners, CX, and internal teams on issue resolution and escalation management
Assist in testing and rollout of process improvements to reduce exceptions and manual work
Software/Platforms/Tools: Shopify (required)

Marketplace platforms: including Amazon FBA/FBM, Walmart Marketplace, and TikTok Shop
Experience working as a freelancer or independent contractor supporting remote or inter
