Descripción y Requisitos

Responsibilities
Production Planning and Customer Service execution of incoming customer orders.
- Advance notice of critical, special or sudden demand increases
- Continuous improvement analytics skills
- Communicate potential opportunities internally, and initiate activities to assemble appropriate resources to pursue opportunity areas.
- Support Plant and Operation Manger Requisitions on SAP regarding all required transactions and reports.
- Work with Production Control / Scheduling team to provide support on expedited orders as well as introduction of new products
- Close follow-up of all incoming material even on non-working hours.
- Works closely with the Logistics and Operations Team in optimizing case fill for customer orders,
- Coordinates: Distribution Operations to ensure on time delivery of shipments,
- Sales to schedule delivery timing for written orders, & Planning to address product availability
- Capable to identify efficiency gains,



and support production problem resolution
- Creates and follow 'master 'production schedules for assigned product family.
- Attends productions control meetings and completes assigned tasks from the meetings
- Act as liaison to customer service associates and production.
- Maintains and close following production due dates within the MRP system and prepares reports for Program manager team(s) and management.Requirements:
5 years of experience
- MRP analysis experience
- Excellent attitude
- Detail information oriented
- Customer Service oriented
- Reverse Logistics knowledge (it’s a plus)
- Logistics and Customs experience
- High negotiation Skills
- KPI and Results Oriented
- Strong analytical Skills
