Job Description:
Responsible for leading the Marketing & Digital efforts, as well as developing growth strategies to meet the objectives of the company,



being a key contributor in the development of the business building awareness and positioning for our company's beloved brands.

The scope of the position includes the definition of the Long-Term strategy for Mexico and Ecuador, an effective management of the product portfolio, the leadership of the implementation of the innovation pipeline, implementation and execution of GI&I; brand building & positioning plans, the implementation and execution of the communication strategy defined by GI&I; and P&L; accountability across categories.

Your Job Will Include
- Timely analyze market data, competitors’ activities and customers strategies to detect risks and opportunities for the business.
- Assure the right understanding and implementation of the Marketing & Digital strategy with the Sales Team in the Region. Monthly follow up of Sales targets to propose the corrective actions needed.
