Global Sr. Fixed Assets Management Specialist

As the Global Sr. Process Owner for Fixed Assets Management, you’ll be responsible for leading the Kellogg North America team in order to monitor the compliance of all fixed assets process across the region, KPI´s, SLA’s and statutory requirements, provide guidelines in accounting and administrative process and corporate policies.

In this role, you will be part of our success by:
- Provide guidelines in accounting and administrative process and corporate policies around the globe; focusing on the fulfillment of key controls, internal procedures, statutory requirements, and provide financial education to the organization.
- Standardize and improve the service delivered to all operations within his/her span of control, promoting process, simplification, and automation, managing process scorecard in a continuous improvement context.
- Challenge current processes to identify standardization across different regions, simplification, or automation opportunities on the daily activities.




- Monitor the integral month end close for the region KNA.
- Coordinate a team and deliver the results with accuracy and on time, balancing workloads within the team to achieve the results in a timely manner.
- Promote best practice sharing across the team; coach team members, provide feedback, promote teamwork, create and environment which fosters professional growth and challenge individuals to develop their capabilities.
- Coordinate projects or special information requests.
- Monitor SOX and audit compliance.
- Identify, communicate, and solve risks and opportunities on time.
- Ensures that qualified successors are identified and ready for key team roles.
