Major Accountabilities:
Event Planning & Vendor Coordination
- Gather and review prospectus guides to identify event requirements
- Support vendor outreach to secure necessary services for events
- Coordinate with associations and vendors to secure registration, sponsorships, booth space, and attendee needs

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records related to attendance, budgets, and financials
- Prepare and deliver reports on event performance and financial spend

Financial Management
- Provide monthly reconciliation of congress-related expenses
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and governance standards

Key Performance Indicators:
- Compliance, financial stewardship, and accurate congress execution




- Timeliness and accuracy of attendee, housing, and registration workflows
- Vendor performance and stakeholder satisfaction

Work Experience:
- BS/ BA Degree required
- Operations Management and Execution
- Project Management
- Pharma experience preferred
- Corporate communications
- Association/ Vendor management
- Trade show & event management
