Job Title: UX Designer

As a UX/UI Designer Intern at Alliance Virtual Offices, you will support the design team in researching, designing, and validating user experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with experienced designers, product managers, and developers to help create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and internal tools.

This role is ideal for someone early in their UX/UI career who is eager to learn, detail-oriented,



and curious about how design decisions impact real users and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support user research activities such as usability testing, surveys, and feedback analysis.
- Assist in developing wireframes, user flows, and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes based on user and business needs.
- Help design user interfaces for responsive web and mobile experiences under the guidance of senior designers.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from designers, product managers, and developers.
- Assist with rapid iteration, prototyping, and basic usability validation.
- Help document design decisions, components, and patterns as part of design system maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support solutions through implementation.
