Role: Sales Development Representative

Location: Mexico City - Mexico (Hybrid)

EnglishScore is an EdTech venture which is scaling rapidly as it becomes the global test and certificate of English for employment. We are owned by the British Council, the globally-renowned authority in English language teaching and testing.

Our mobile English test is used by millions around the world. As of 2026, two billion people are learning or speaking English to a useful level. That’s one in four people around the world.

We are growing fast in the region, working with partners such as universities, government and employers. In this role you will help us research and initiate relationships with new customers. You will work closely with our Country Manager, Sales Manager, and Account Manager, Mexico.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and organising qualified sales meetings for our sales team. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.
