Sr. Quality Coordinator

- We have an exciting opening for a Sr. Quality Coordinator in Toluca, México. The Sr. Quality Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the Quality Management System to ensure that products meet customer specifications. This role drives problem-solving, preventive and corrective actions, and supports continuous improvement across product and process.

- Your Main Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate APQP and PPAP activities according to AIAG and customer requirements.




- Maintain and update Process FMEA and Control Plans in collaboration with Engineering.
- Perform and interpret capability studies and MSA/GR&R; support SPC analysis using tools such as Minitab.

Coordinate problem-solving activities (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis) for internal and customer quality issues.
- Monitor and act on key quality metrics (RPPM, internal PPM, FPY, COPQ).
- Support internal and external quality audits (ISO 9001 or similar), including customer and supplier visits.

Manage non-conforming product and follow up on corrective actions and their effectiveness.
- Support OEM customer inquiries and coordinate with suppliers on nonconformities and performance testing (e.g., salt spray, hardness).

Qualifications

Qualifications
- We are looking for a talent with
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or similar).
- 5+ years of experience in a similar quality role in manufacturing (automotive or related preferred).
