As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing all operational activities within the Transportation & Logistics Business Unit in Matehuala. Your role will focus on ensuring operational excellence across multiple production areas while driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.

About the Job:
- Lead the full operational performance of Breakers, Panels, Transportation Switches, Automotive Switches, Commercial Switches, Sub-Assembly areas, Paint Room, and TKA Print areas.- Coordinate cross-functional departments including Production, Quality, Engineering, Production Control, Inventory Control, Maintenance, and Tooling to optimize resources and improve productivity.- Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (earned hours) targets.- Plan, coordinate, and control operational processes, ensuring efficient management of human capital, materials, machinery, and equipment.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 14001 and IATF-16949 standards.- Develop and promote talent within the organization, building
