Bilingual Client Support & Collections Specialist (On-Site Guadalajara)

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico (100% On-Site)
Schedule: Full-time | 5 days per week | In-office
Monthly Salary: Up to $15,000 MXN (based on English proficiency and experience)
English Level Required: Intermediate to Advanced

Position Overview

We are hiring a Bilingual Client Support & Collections Specialist for a fully on-site role in Guadalajara.

You will work directly with clients to understand their situation, provide guidance, and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.

Important: This is an on-site position in Guadalajara. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients and leads via phone, messages, and follow-ups
- Support conversations related to payments, services, and account status
- Maintain clear and professional communication in English and Spanish
- Enter and update client information and notes in the CRM system
- Follow up consistently with clients to ensure progress and engagement
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- English level: intermediate to advanced, written and spoken
- Spanish proficiency
- Experience in sales, collections, or customer service (required):
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle conversations with clients and ask clear questions
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple tools
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with U.S.based clients or companies
- Background in call center or client support roles
- Experience handling follow-ups or payment-related conversations
