Job Title:Logistics Coordinator

Ready to take ownership and make an impact? As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll support your team lead or broker, keep loads moving, and make sure every account is covered and performing. You’ll stay on top of day-to-day operations, push for strong results, and go the extra mile to maximize accounts and consistently hit your targets.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and growthe broker’s book of business, ensuring consistent account performance.
- Coordinate load coverage, including quoting (when permitted) and securing capacity.
- Overseetracking, tracing, and daily operations to ensure smooth load execution.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, drivers, brokers, and internal teams.
- Handle negotiations and support issue resolution when needed.
- Fosterteamwork and leadership by promoting professionalism, collaboration, and problem-solving.

- You’re fluent in English




- You’re a multitasking ninja and love staying organized.

- You communicate clearly and professionally with customers at all times.
- You make strong decisions under pressure and know when to escalate issues.
- You’ve worked in logistics before and can manage high-volume accounts with ease (preferred)
