Responsibilities:
Role Purpose:
The role requires comfort operating in a matrixed environment with shared accountability across local and global teams.

Key Accountabilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end production of assigned content projects, from intake and planning through production,



post‑production, and delivery, with manager review and approval at defined stages of the production process
- Translate communications briefs into effective visual execution across multiple formats, including social‑first and short‑form video, for internal and external audiences
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional‑grade video and sound in studio and field environments
- Edit and finish content using Adobe Premiere Pro and related editorial tools
- For larger or more complex productions, hire and manage external vendors, including Directors of Photography, production crews, and audio teams
- Provide clear creative and technical direction to external partners to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
