General description:
- Assure coverage of warranty Lab tools and equipment for current and future needs (acquisition and installation).
- Handling and storage of warranty returns
- Analyze products (electrical) with comprehensive and correct analysis results (quality and timing)
- Record analysis results in SAP/DACHs system database.
- Provide technical support to warranty analysis lab technicians
- Contributes to improve warranty analysis lab process and logistics
- Participates in customer complaints meeting to provide technical failure explanations
- Systematic failure overview using warranty analysis database to create analysis troubleshoot guide
- Perform standardization of failures codes on warranty analysis database




- Participate and support quality and environmental plant goals
- Participate in audits (internal and external) as required
- Participate in digitalization projects (plant and QMM projects)
- Main contact with Lead Plants for current and new analysis process/equipment

Primary duties and responsibilities:
Product Analysis (80%)
- Customer claims analysis (electrical) according to test flow approved by Lead Plant.
- Test equipment SW/HW setup/installation
- Communication with Development team for special analysis/Defect Not Found cases/new equipment
- Continuous technical learning on current and new products
- Detect trends on repetitive failures and report it to customer interfaces
- Determine responsibility of defect cause of the customer returns (external/internal)
- Usage of Hardware and Software diagnostics tools (CANAlizer, CANoe tools, etc)
- Usage of electrical schematics and Gerber files for PC bo
