Logistics & Operations Manager

HexArmor is seeking a Logistics & Operations Manager to support the launch and growth of our Mexico operations. This is a high-impact, multi-functional leadership role designed for someone who understands logistics as one part of a broader operational ecosystem.
The idóneo candidate will lead operational execution across supply chain, inventory, systems, compliance, distribution, cost optimization, and customer delivery. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial leader who wants to grow with the company and eventually take on broader leadership responsibilities across regional operations.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Lead inventory planning, forecasting,



and replenishment strategies to support customer demand
Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing working capital exposure
Own inventory accuracy, reconciliation, cycle counts, and inventory controls
Manage inventory aging, stock rotation, and slow-moving inventory action plans
Warehouse & Distribution Operations
Manage warehouse operations through third-party logistics (3PL) partners
Coordinate inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipments
Ensure service levels, shipping accuracy, and operational compliance across distribution partners
Monitor daily warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
Warehouse Systems & ERP Integration
Manage warehouse operations through WMS and ERP platforms
Ensure transaction accuracy across inventory movements, receipts, shipping records, and billing
Import / Export & Customs Management
Manage import/export documentation, customs clearance
