What We're Looking For

Operates, sets up, and monitors machinery and equipment used in manufacturing and converting production processes. This role requires experienced individuals to follow strict safety protocols, ensure rigorous quality standards are met, resolve operational issues,



and maintain high efficiency in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and Monitor: Set up, run, and adjust manufacturing and converting machinery (such as die-cutting, slitting, laminating, or printing/finishing units) ensuring continuous, high-quality production flow.
Troubleshoot & Maintain: Identify equipment malfunctions, perform first-line troubleshooting, and execute routine preventative maintenance to minimize line downtime.
Ensure Quality & Compliance: Inspect finished products against work orders and technical specifications; perform standard quality tests in accordance with ISO procedures.
Uphold Safety Standards: Adhere to all plant safety regulations, PPE requirements, 5S methodologies, and environmental guidelines at all times.
Optimize Workflow: Manage job setups, tooling changes, and material changes efficiently to meet established shift productivity goals.
