What We're Looking For

Operates, sets up, and monitors machinery and equipment used in manufacturing and converting production processes. This role requires experienced individuals to follow strict safety protocols, ensure rigorous quality standards are met, resolve operational issues,



and maintain high efficiency in daily operations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Operate and understand the mechanical function of converting equipment with ink and color matching
Perform quality tests in compliance with ISO procedures and maintain productivity standards
Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues with limited supervision
Solve problems through troubleshooting, collaboration and reviewing instructions and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and improve processes
Follow work orders, labeling requirements, and established safety practices, including the use of PPE
Build positive working relationships within the team and department
Learn, adhere to, and follow company processes, policies, and directions
Train team members as directed by supervisor
Uphold company values and standards in all activities
