Outsourcing Specialist

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in outsourcing, managed services, vendor management, operations, or business process improvement.
Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Monitor service performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and business alignment.
Track and resolve service issues, risks, and performance gaps.
Analyze operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
Support contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor governance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across outsourced services.
