Position Summary

Leads engineering project team(s) or serves as primary technical lead on engineering project(s) for new or core products or processes, develop production processes for manufacturing operations.





Responsibilities

Product and system integration focus
First role leading a matrix project team or as lead engineer
Creates solutions to diverse and difficult engineering problems
Devises tests and oversees product acceptance
Reviews the technical work of others
Presents technical product and/or system capabilities or proposals to customers
Works and communicates with potential vendors, academic professionals, marketing, customers, governmental agencies, and other technology providers
Performs complex calculations and prepare standard operations sheets
Analyze existing production and develop recommendations for changes.
Investigate most complex manufacturing difficulties and determine corrective procedures
Responsible for meeting Win Strategy objectives by increasing yields and productivity and improve the quality and consistency of finals products
