Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in business partnering, and with technology, or strong interest in utilizing AI, scripts, or advanced automation tools to enhance financial reporting and control environments.
- Understanding of US GAAP, local GAAP (e.g., NIF, IFRS), and internal control frameworks (SOX).
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and to lead and drive complex operational initiatives.




- Ability to handle a varied and various workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Team player who demonstrates strong drive for results, shows leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
