- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Quality Management Systems.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) - Required.
- Willingness to relocate as needed.
- Valid U.S. visa and passport - Required.
