Team Overview

The Fraud Solutions team helps Mexico’s leading financial institutions strengthen fraud prevention, identity verification, and digital trust strategies through TransUnion’s data, analytics, and fraud solutions. The team partners with clients and internal stakeholders to address evolving fraud risks, improve customer experiences, and drive business growth across the financial sector.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive adoption of TransUnion’s fraud prevention, identity, and risk solutions across Tier 1 financial institutions in Mexico.
Build and maintain relationships with fraud, risk, digital banking, operations, security, and executive-level stakeholders within the financial sector.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding fraud challenges, emerging threats, and business objectives, recommending solutions that improve fraud prevention and customer experience.
Identify, develop,



and close new business opportunities while expanding the adoption of fraud solutions within existing accounts.
Lead strategic discussions with C-level executives and decision-makers to position TransUnion as a key partner in fraud and identity management initiatives.
Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Operations, and Technology teams to align client needs with innovative fraud and risk solutions.
Manage a portfolio of financial institution clients, ensuring achievement of revenue, retention, and growth objectives.
Monitor fraud trends, regulatory changes, digital transformation initiatives, and market developments impacting the financial services industry.
Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and support commercial planning activities.
Deliver exceptional client service while strengthening long-term strategic relationships across the portfolio.
