What is your role?
As an NPI Engineer II, you will lead new product introduction initiatives and support the transition of products from development to manufacturing. You will work closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure products are successfully launched, qualified, and released to production while meeting quality, cost, and performance expectations.Key Responsibilities

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and product transfers from concept through production release, ensuring manufacturing readiness, successful qualification, and production stabilization.
Translate product requirements into manufacturing processes,



acceptance criteria, and production controls while supporting design-for-manufacturability and scalability initiatives.
Plan and execute product and process qualifications, analyze data using statistical methods, and provide technical recommendations to support launch decisions and product changes.
Develop, maintain, and control manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, specifications, control plans, technical reports, and change management records.
Coordinate tooling, fixtures, test equipment, automation, and training activities required for successful product introduction and implementation.
Lead and support root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies and statistical tools to improve quality, yield, reliability, and manufacturing performance.
