What will you do?
- Support end-to-end recruitment process in talent acquisition Early Career team by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records
- Support offer and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
- Assist with university relations initiatives, career fairs, and employer branding activities
- Provide follow-up and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field, graduating in December 2027 or later
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency is required




- Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Comfort with technology and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
- Professional communication skills and genuine interest in creating positive employee experiences
- Graduation Date: December 2027 or later
