El Chef de Partie es responsable de gestionar una sección específica de la cocina y garantizar que la preparación, presentación y calidad de todos los platillos cumplan con los estándares culinarios de Aramara. El candidato idóneo deberá contar con sólida experiencia en cocina asiática, con especial énfasis en técnicas culinarias japonesas, ingredientes y presentación. El puesto requiere liderazgo, atención al detalle, cumplimiento de las normas de inocuidad alimentaria y la capacidad de desempeñarse de manera consistente en un entorno de alta demanda dentro de un restaurante de lujo.
