Position Purpose

As Financial Advisor - AIFA, your mission will be to support the valuation and risk analysis of new projects, develop financial models, and contribute to the structuring and execution of M&A; and project financing transactions for ENGIE in Mexico and Latin America.

Your Impact





You will contribute directly to our mission by performing key responsibilities such as:

Assist in the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing documents for medium to large transactions, following ENGIE Group project finance best practices.

Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, ensuring accuracy, consistency with Group guidelines, and appropriate sensitivity analysis for investment files.

Manage internal approval processes for new economic commitments and associated financing arrangements.

Contribute to financial due diligence for M&A; opportunities, including coordination with external financial advisors and relevant internal stakeholders.

Advise internal teams on risk allocation, bankability of contractual terms, project structuring, and return optimization throughout the business development process, while ensuring compliance with investment gui
