About the Role
Galaxy I Technologies Inc. is looking for a motivated and proactive IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Mexico.
This position is open to recent university graduates with no prior recruiting experience, as well as candidates with up to 5 years of professional experience. Candidates with prior experience should have a background in IT/Technical Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a closely related field.
The primary focus of this role will be to source and attract qualified IT professionals in Mexico for current and future opportunities. The role combines recruiting, candidate engagement, digital sourcing, and marketing strategies to help Galaxy I Technologies Inc. expand its talent network.
The position is currently fully remote, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid work model in the future.

Key Responsibilities




Source and attract qualified IT professionals in Mexico for current and future opportunities.
Identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional communities, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct proactive outreach and build relationships with IT professionals.
Review candidate profiles and resumes to identify relevant technical skills and experience.
Conduct initial candidate screening based on position requirements.
Maintain and expand a strong candidate pipeline and talent network.
Develop creative strategies to increase Galaxy I Technologies Inc.'s reach among IT professionals in Mexico.
Support digital recruitment and candidate marketing initiatives.
Research relevant talent pools, professional communities, universities, and online platforms.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
