As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient and effective administrative support to facilitate smooth operations within our organization. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information, confirming seamless communication and operations. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths, managing performance to meet expectations,



and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Mexico, you will be part of our Internal Firm Services, focusing on administration within our practice. You will take ownership of projects, overseeing their planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also mentor junior staff, encouraging them to develop skills beyond their comfort zones. Managing and coordinating administrative support to facilitate smooth operations within the organization
Lead and coordinate the areas of reception, fixed assets and supplies, document production, as well as printing and document delivery
