Robinson is looking for a Customer Account Specialist in Monterrey to play a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality service to one of our key accounts and helping strengthen customer relationships during a pivotal contract renewal period. In this role, you will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational performance, and the overall success of the account by ensuring timely communication and reliable execution.
You will manage daily shipment activities, provide rapid and accurate updates to customers, and ensure operational excellence across high-volume truckload movements. You’ll build strong relationships, maintain strict reporting timelines, and proactively address issues to support both customer experience and account performance.
