Job Summary:

Contributes to the planning, designing, purchasing,and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems while contributing to teams.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with the ability to interpret, review, open, measure, and modify engineering drawings.
- Experience supporting new line development and implementation, including workstation and process design.
- Experience developing and updating standard work instructions and documentation.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, ergonomics, and efficiency requirements within manufacturing environments.
- Experience with workstation design and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong project management and follow-up skills, including tracking part numbers, materials, tooling, lubricants, and other production requirements.
- Ability to coordinate and follow up with internal customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong operational understanding of Value Stream Mapping (VSM), including material flow, process flow, quality points,



inputs/outputs, and value-added activities.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement through Ishikawa, Pareto, 5 Why, VSM, and other Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Experience translating process analysis into Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
- Proactive, analytical, and hands-on approach to identifying and solving manufacturing issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/production environment and collaborate closely with operations.
- Experience in forging and machining is a plus
- Advanced English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering or related.
- Strong experience in machining, demonstrating history in technical problem solving and quality decision-making with customer focus.
