About the Role

Bambiz is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead relationships with key law firm clients and ensure they receive exceptional service and measurable marketing results.

This is a senior-level role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, solving problems, and serving as a strategic advisor—not simply completing tasks or passing client requests along.

You'll manage client relationships, oversee marketing strategy and campaign performance, coordinate internal teams, and help drive overall client success. You'll work directly with law firm owners and key decision-makers,



helping them understand their marketing performance, identify opportunities, and develop strategies that support their business goals.

You'll also play an important role in mentoring team members, improving internal processes, and helping Bambiz scale while maintaining a high level of client service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Leadership
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned law firm clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with law firm owners and key decision-makers.
- Lead recurring client meetings via Zoom, phone, and email.
- Review marketing performance, discuss client priorities, and establish clear action plans.
- Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, goals, target market, and growth objectives.
- Proactively identify client needs, concerns, and opportunities.
