Senior Hogan Core Banking Consultant (Advisory & Modernization)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Hogan Core Banking Consultant
to lead advisory services and drive modernization initiatives for a major banking transformation project. In this role, you will shape the long-term core banking roadmap, provide expert architecture guidance, and collaborate closely with our internal DXC Hogan teams to ensure seamless ecosystem integration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Modernization:
Spearhead the core banking modernization strategy and contribute directly to the bank’s long-term transformation roadmap.
- Architecture & Integration:
Guide Hogan system architecture and complex integration points, guaranteeing full compatibility across surrounding banking ecosystems.
- Platform Advisory:




Deliver expert-level advisory and consulting support on the Hogan Core Banking platform.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with internal DXC Hogan teams to align remote support and execution during the engagement ramp-up phase.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Core Platform Expertise:
Deep mastery of Hogan architecture and applications, including
IDS, FSS, CIS, RPM, and Umbrella

- Languages:
Full professional fluency in both
English and Spanish
.
- Location / Work Model:
3 days on-site at the Toluca office
, plus occasional travel as needed.
