Accounts Payable Supervisor

We are looking for an
Accounts Payable Supervisor
to oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the accounts payable process.
- Review and validate invoices, including intercompany transactions.
- Monitor payment schedules, approvals, and supplier terms.
- Perform account, payment, bank, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues.
- Prepare weekly payment proposals and cash flow forecasts.
- Control employee advances and supporting documentation.
- Support month-end closing, accruals, audits, tax requirements, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers,



and other stakeholders to ensure efficient processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in AP operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience
in Accounts Payable or related accounting processes.
- Experience in
Oil & Gas, Energy, or another complex/regulatory industry
preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with
SAP or other ERP systems

- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of tax and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient English
, written and spoken.
- Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
