General Functions provide a wide range of services to the organization such as Business IT and Operations, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Security and Human Resources. Its teams play a vital role in ensuring we deliver for our customers and achieve our business goals.

The Integrated Marketing Specialist will support AIG Mexico and the Miami Facultative Desk by executing integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels and broker engagement activities. The role reports to the FAC Desk Marketing Lead with a dotted line to the Mexico Marketing Lead and works closely with commercial leaders across the region.

How you will create an impact
Execute digital and content marketing campaigns, social media, website updates, email communications and editorial calendars.
Create engaging content,



presentations and short-form videos aligned with AIG brand standards.
Coordinate broker and client events in Mexico and regional Facultative markets, including logistics, vendors, budgets and post-event reporting.
Partner with Distribution and business leaders to develop content marketing initiatives that support commercial priorities.
Manage external agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality, consistency and on-time delivery.
Track campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support broader Marketing & Communications initiatives as business priorities evolve.

What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing and event management.
Experience managing agencies, multiple stakeholders and simultaneous projects.
