Mission of the Role:

Lead and coordinate the successful Engineering Change on programs, components, or manufacturing processes by ensuring quality systems. The Manufacturing Engineer bridges the gap between product development and full-scale production,



ensuring high-quality engineering change in alignment with customer and organizational standards.

Key Objectives of this Role:
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as work instructions, operation sheets, process flow , PFMEA.
- Planning and execute Engineering changes using tools like APQP and PPAP.
- Coordinate the installation and start-up of machinery, tooling and production equipment.
- Provide Technical Support to production to resolve process issues and avoid downtime.
- Collaborate with quality, MP&L;, and Process engineer departments.
- Ensure compliance with automative standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and customer- specific requirements (CSRs)
