As a general leader in Stainless Steel, we're seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager (Advanced English), and be part of our Commercial team in San Luis Potosi, Mx.

Objective: The Technical Sales Manager serves as a commercial leader and market developer, working closely with our commercial team and distribution partners to create demand, promote stainless steel adoption, and develop sustainable growth opportunities. The role combines the need of a strong technical understanding of materials and manufacturing processes to support commercial development, customer acquisition, and strategic market expansion across Latin America. This position partners closely with sales, product, engineering and customer solutions teams to articulate and quantify the value of solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals.

Requirements: Advanced written and spoken English proficiency required to conduct business across international customers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Industrial Management, or a related field.



MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, commercial management, market development, technical sales, or strategic account management within industrial, manufacturing, metals, building products, or related industries.
Demonstrated track record of developing new business opportunities and delivering measurable revenue growth.
Strong understanding of industrial, manufacturing, or enterprise software solutions.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated track record of working with distributors, OEMs, fabricators, industrial manufacturers, or end users. Experience with stainless steel and related end use applications is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
