The CX Associate is an entry-level opportunity for a recent graduates who want to start and grow their careers at Maersk. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through clear communication, teamwork, ownership, and a willingness to learn. Previous professional experience is not required. We are looking for potential, motivation, and behaviors that help people succeed in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support customers with requests and questions through the available communication channels.
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and proactively with customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with colleagues to follow up on cases and help deliver timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate information and follow agreed processes and service standards.
- Take ownership of assigned activities and escalate when support is needed.
- Participate actively in training, coaching, team meetings, and development activities.
- Share ideas and feedback that can improve the customer or team experience.

Qualifications
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: No professional experience required. Internships, university projects, volunteering, student groups, customer-facing activities, or extracurricular involvement are valued.
- Software: Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Openness to learning Maersk systems and digital tools.
- Technical Skills: Basic problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes. Comfortable learning new concepts and working with information.
- English Level: B2+ Working English appropriate for customer and team communication.
