Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process development, tooling selection, manufacturing readiness assessments, and pilot production runs.
- Coordinate manufacturing process and production line transfers from planning through implementation and stabilization.
- Develop and maintain plant layouts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
- Provide technical support for machining operations, tooling, fixtures, and process troubleshooting.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
- Execute and support Capital Investment (Capex) projects to enhance manufacturing capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, OEA, and C-TPAT requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to achieve business objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations, Quality, or Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in both technical and business environments.
- Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with CNC machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
