About the role

The Associate Trainer supports the delivery of the standardized Onboarding Core Curriculum for new employees across the CX organization. This role assists with scheduling, session logistics, and trainee documentation,



while building foundational facilitation skills under the guidance of more experienced trainers.

What you'll do
Onboarding & Training Execution
- Assist in delivering the standardized Week 1 CX-wide Core Curriculum to new hires.
- Support facilitation of instructor-led training (ILT) sessions as deployed by Enablement Partners during Weeks 2–4.
- Assist with scheduling, credential setup, and coordination of onboarding logistics.
- Document trainee progress, milestones, and completion checklists.
- Support hands-on exercises, simulations, and role-plays under trainer guidance.

Ongoing Training & Development
- Deliver refresher or ad-hoc training under request from Enablement Partners.
- Assist in maintaining and updating training materials for operational needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with SMEs, floor managers, and Enablement Partners to ensure training aligns with opera
