What We're Looking For:
Assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments,



ensuring accuracy and quality, and prepare orders for shipping with precision
• Conduct inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized, accurate inventory records
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Mentor and train less experienced warehouse staff, promoting adherence to company procedures and best practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and meet productivity goals
• Take initiative in resolving issues, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Support other warehouse functions
