About the Role:

Own creative accounts end to end so the work ships on time, on budget, and on brand, without needing to be chased.

This is not a task-tracker seat. You are the person the client trusts and the person the design team relies on to keep everything moving. You own the account; you don't just report on it.





Who this is for

You run toward ownership. When something is unclear, you resolve it instead of escalating it. You stay calm when a client changes direction on a Friday afternoon, and you can hold five projects of different sizes in your head without dropping the small ones. You are AI-native by instinct, not because a job asked you to be. You have low ego and high standards, and you would rather build a clean system than be the hero who remembers everything.

You will be supported. You report into an Operations Manager who mentors the PM function, and specialized work is handled by domain owners (digital and technical, print and production), so you are never expected to do everything alone. What you own is the account and its delivery.
